This Grade-two Listed building has been opened up and extended out into the rear garden, over two floors. The project uses structural glazing to open up views to the garden and bring light deep into the house. Being south facing, the glass has been specially sourced to avoid over-heating in the summer. Walking through the front door at upper ground level, one immediately sees the garden, through the double-height family room below.
